Hi Paul, I think you need to be wearing a more breathable fabric, especially in this warm, humid weather. A couple years ago I had a horrible rash due to leaks from a UTI, it lasted about 6 months. I tried all kinds of ointments, until a doctor told me about Gelmicin. I buy it in Tijuana. It started working almost instantly. I could probably send you some with my cousin Aleyda if you still see her. Or do you ever cross to T.J.?
