I'm currently on 30mg Baclofen, 600mg Gapepentin 3x/day for spasm/pain management. 5mg Diazepam as needed when spasms little worse.
I also just got my medical marijuana card. Being advised by pharmacist to start with CBD/THC combination. This is primarily for pain, but seeing huge improvement in spasms.
