[QUAD-L] Bad Spasms are back... What do u guys take?

I have been taking Baclofen 20 mg 3 times a day..Now i take a Mustle relaxer 3 
times a day with it for 2 weeks.Its working great.Can u fellow Quads tell me 
what you take for Spasms?Thank you guys,, Stay safe..Johnny
