I mainly use my cell phone, a Moto G7, through a program called Vysor on my
Windows 10 laptop. <https://www.vysor.io/>

I have also used the free Voice Access app for Android that lets you
control your device with spoken commands. Use your voice to open apps,
navigate, and edit text hands-free. To my surprise it actually works well.

If you have an Android phone, Get started with Voice Access
