The dealer in OKC had me sit 4 years ago for 2.5 hours to tell me they couldn’t fix a door/ramp problem and if they could it would be about $10,000
I took it to a local vo-tech and they fixed it. I called a dealer in PA, he knew exactly what it was and we fixed w/ zip ties.
