I got a Q700 at a thrift shop a couple of months ago for $3; if you're curious about A/UX, hold on to it until a cosmic event presents you with a Quadra.
As noted elsewhere, you won't be able to run A/UX on any Mac emulator that doesn't provide a virtual MMU. But, if for some other reason you'd like to make a ISO9660 copy of the CD, you can mount the HFS Toast image (within Toast) and copy the contents to a new ISO9660 image/CD. Here's a related question that may not have been asked elsewhere. Can you run A/UX from within Classic on OS X?
