occasionally I receive mails where the html is helpful such as ebay auction receipts and a few newsletters that happen to be in html and personally I think that the email standard could use a little bit more formatting power than it currently has... maybe not graphics (even though many people use them all the time now) but the ability to format into say tables or have control of justification
