I have had similar problems. I have upgraded a Q800 with a 8100/80 board.
All fits together, except for the PDS slot and case. I had a spare PDS
terminator which has solved the first problem. The second...well lets just
say I am now in the process of building my own case (bonded plywood with
aluminium sheeting covering the inside).

if anyone has done anything similiar - can you let me know how it went ?
