I agree with you pickel, but when someone doesn't even know how to spell "DAMN IT" correctly, I don't think they will understand they are complaining to an automated email program. Computer illiteracy abounds! I didn't know "GOD" sent spam by email. As my deceased Father told me, "A man only swears when he doesn't have the mentality to say anything else."
