PowerTalk gets installed by default by the 7 Pro installers, there's no option for it not to get installed. But it's also easily removed afterwards, if you don't want it. The only real advantage I found between 7.1 and 7.1.1 was the new (hidden) feature of "option + dragging" icons to make aliases, made available with 3rd Party Extensions, such as Leonard Rosenthol's "Alias Dragger", and AppleScript's debut.
