I recently got a TV Tuner card (M2896LL/C) for my Quadra 630 (actually an LC 630 with a full '040) running OS 7.5.5. Installation went smoothly, but all Apple Video Player will show is a bunch of non-moving vertical coloured lines, regardless of selected input - TV, S-video, etc. I can hear the sound to the TV, and capture stills and movies, but no live image.
I've tried two different versions of AVP (iirc, 1.4 and 1.7), two different versions of Quicktime, running with all extensions off except for QT, every available monitor resolution and colour depth and even tried upgrading to OS8.1, all to no avail.
I am stumped. Anyone got any ideas?
