does anybody know what is the minimun files that I need to boot w/MacOS8.1 doesn't matter if is not fix in 1 floppy disk, sure not. Thanks!

Absolute minimum is going to be the Finder, the System Suitcase, Text Encoding Converter, and the Appearance Extension.
If you use the Disk Tools set of stuff, even less, but it's not quite a full 8.1
