Hi Don, IMHO, you won't notice any speed differences between embedded and external print server models. I've seen several 'heavy duty' LaserJets (4000, 2200, 5000 etc), and I can't say internal print server is any faster. Technically, embedded ones are 100Mb while stand-alone models are typically 10Mb, but I don't think it will affect the printing performance unless you have several dozens of users printing simultaneously and printer equipped with internal hard disk & memory expansion cards.
