I have an opportunity to get an Epson Stylus 850 Color printer for my granddaughter's 637CD. It's supposed to be Mac/PC compatible. Technical specs says it has a serial port. Does that mean I can hook it up with a regular Apple printer cable?
Yes, it does. The Stylus Color 850 also has a "type B" slot on the back panel in which you can install an Epson network card, if you want to network the printer.
