That said, I have a mirror of their server here.  I won't be able to put it
up until I get back on a T1, though, and that won't be until fall or so,
unless I end up burning it to CD and sending it to someone (probably Sam
Burrish) to upload for me.

You need 7.1 to make it work for sure.  Those extras won't always work
reliably on 7.0.x, as you seem to be finding out.
