Scott,

Maybe I'll try that but I've never used ResEdit.

I once installed Eudora Pro 4 and it surprised me with that Appearance
extension. I really enjoyed the change.
But then my Superpaint 3.5 started freezing mid-loadup and I tracked it
down through my manager to the Appearance Ext. - I removed it and
Superpaint was fine again. But then Eudora informed me that it needed
Appearance to run, so I dropped back to dependable Eudora Pro 3.

Maybe it had more to do with my early passion for custom folders relative
to SuperP; dunno?

Re. SuperPaint:
Does anyone know of any other early program where you can "cut to paint"
and "cut to draw" at will on the same page object by object? I love it!
It's great for is placing chords over the syllables on my
song sheets, notation, fingering grids, etc.
Keith Martin of MacUser U.K. has great respect for SuperP. 3.5 and knows
one of it's code creators. He said it was a complex masterpiece of code.
