Do these problems just show up with the 68k version? The PPC version of iCab 2.8 has been working great for me. I did have a problem with excruciatingly slow downloads and inability to browse and download at the same time in 2.71, but the problem disappeared completely when I deleted the "iCab DL-Manager" preferences file. I'm thinking of getting my PowerBook 190 on the net. I was hoping that the 68k version of iCab would work just as well as the PPC version. -- D. W.
