Hello, I was going through some of my old computer stuff looking to make an Imagewriter I cable with the intent to use Chuck's Printer Driver. I found a cable with the type of Din 8 port used on Macs. I took off the Db9 adapter on the other end and tested to see which wires went to which pin of the 8 pin. According to pinouts I found on the internet one of the pins that should go to pin 20 on the Db25 side of the cable did not have a connection on my cable. Is there anything I can do about this and if so how? Also, Chuck's Printer Driver is for serial printers that lack a Din 8 port, correct? This means it is not meant to connect it to a parallel cable, which is what I would prefer to do, however, I suppose using a purely parallel printer would require PowerPrint, am I right about this? Thanks, Josh
