You must: 1) remove all three screws which retain the bracket base in the far forward position, 2) slide the bracket base to the far rear position, and 3) remove the bottom front bracket, thereby removing the SyQuest AND the floppy. Reassemble in reverse. Oh, sometimes it helps in the reassembly process to release the retaining latches on the bezels.
