That's funny, I've never had a problem with changing RAM in my Q650 - and I
just remove the CD-ROM, too. No cuts, scrapes, or bruises. Not a whole lot
of cursing, either. I've found that the way to do it s indeed slowly &
carefully - and I use a padded pair of needlenose pliers for a lot of
grabbing. It's definitely not an LC II.

The fun part was snaking my arm in there to upgrade the VRAM. I still
haven't figured out how to remove the power supply & drivecage - I suppose
I'll give up and read the tech manual one of these days.

I did scrape up my finger once on the solder points of a video card, but
that was with my Windows box.
