Hi Bryan, I haven't Mac CD-RW either, but maybe it's possible to use PC-based system for burning? As I understand, the CD image shouldn't be "incompatible" with given platform: you just get the image file and create the CD from it. At least, I've successfully copied Mac (HFS) CD discs using PC CD-RW drive and 'Nero Burning Rom' application - it worked without problems.
