LWIIs of any submodel can register paper pretty repeatedly. It's the LW+s which have the problematic register problem. If the LWII is picking up paper consistently, it will probably be registered consistently. If the paper is jamming, it's probably the pickup roller. Parts for LWIIs are cheap and easy to get from The Printer Works.
