The only ApplScript I use with AIM is one that automatically joins the Low End Mac chat room every time I start AIM. There is a sample script called "join a chat room" or something, I just changed the name of the room in the script to "LEMchat", and moved the script to the "user scripts folder" so that I could get to it from AIM's script menu. Then I went to AIM's preferences, and told it to run that script whenever I sign on.
