In attempting to do a print of a ClarisWorks 4 doc, I encountered a serial port in use error. It told me that the port was in use by another application. Since I was running nothing except CW4 at the moment, something is obviously wrong. Once upon a time I encountered this problem and knew the solution, but it has been a long time. The machine rarely gets used for printing so it has been a long time since I even cared to try to do a print. What am I forgetting? Thanks.
