The LaserWriter8 driver will work. It's part of the OS install. Not directly related but I strongly suggest upgrading to OS8.1. PC MacLAN from http://www.miramar.com/ runs on Windows and will let you access Mac printers and file servers. Dave from <http://www.thursby.com> runs on the Mac and serves printers and the file server to Windows.
