Scott, I did recall having to copy a few additional files from 8.1 in order to get more stability with OT.
I believe I updated some or most of the Appletalk extensions and control panels in kind of a "hit-and-miss" sort of way. I wish I would have documented my final configuration. I think I also updated the chooser, appleshare and a few others, but not sure if that was related to my OT config/troubleshooting.
