Yeah, but it's usually not worth paying extra for the fan.  If you can find one
that fits for not much $$ (less than the proper 040 heatsink by itself) then go
for it, but 486 heatsinks are usually a little too small to fit an 040 well,
and they often have to be machined in order to sit down flush on the CPU.
