Chris, Would you like us to forward any information we find to you if you do not have a reference for it already. There are a lot of knowledgable people on this forum. Also, could you set up a directory, or search engine, for trouble shooting help. I'm not sure how you would do this, but I know it would help me a lot, so I'm guessing it would probably help a lot of Mac users out there. Most books in the library are for trouble shooting of PCs. I have yet to find a comprehensive book dealing with solving problems for Macs. Thanks for spending all the time you have on this project!!
