I had a similar problem one time with PC disks and had to give each floppy a
vol label name of "Disk 1", "Disk 2", etc. There is a good possibility that
the program is trying to read the vol label. Try formatting a new disk with
the label of "Disk 1" and then copy the files onto that disk. Make sure
that the vol label matches the requested disk name, ie: the use of leading
"0" as in "01" or the use of "_"
