Yes, but... I'm saying this from a purely theoretical standpoint: If you are using any version of Window's on it, you can use the included Sound Recorder application to do it. If you are running in DOS mode, you'll need to get a copy of the SoundBlaster 16 utilities, or a shareware/freeware DOS program to do it.
Now, whether its easy to do is another thing entirely. I'm not familiar with the setup, so I don't know what's going to be involved in getting this to work. If there are instructions somewhere for installing Windows, even 3.x if that's all it'll support, I'd think that'd be the easiest way. Somebody familiar with DOS based sound sampling may have another opinion. Its been way to many years since I've done it to remember.
