I polished up my Quadra up this weekend. I have had it for around a decade and for years when it was closer to being new and state of the art, I kept upgrading the system and the software. Today I reinstalled System 7.1 Pro on it. Just amazing how fast this machine is running the original software.
Like perhaps most of the world I just ignored PowerTalk, but here a decade later, I do have everything networked and it makes more sense than it did. There is an Pop3/smtp mail module for it that I am trying to get configured, and I was wondering if anyone had any documentation or other information about PowerTalk and PowerTalk servers. I check google, but uncovered very little of use.
I was also hoping that someone could tell me the last version of OpenTransport that worked with 68k Macs. I installed 1.1.2 which I believe was included with OS 7.6, but I am just guessing that OS 8 and 8.1 might have had later versions.
Thanks bill
