IIRC the EDO is treated as FPM by Macs. You can use your SIMM in Performa 630. Have a look at: http://www.welovemacs.com/apple-memory-performa-performa-630.html http://www.welovemacs.com/apple-memory-performa-performa-631cd.html On Performa 631CD/630DOS the first SIMM can accept 32MB and the second only 16MB.
