The Centris rom is a 1mb (1024 kb) and will fit uncompressed onto a 1.44 floppy.
If your image is 4mb rather than 4kb then you have used the wrong capture program or failed to use the program correctly, I suggest either downloading the rom from the web or re capturing the image.
