On vtl server:
netstat -pnlt
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:3260                0.0.0.0:*                   
LISTEN      4867/ietd

 initiator :  i tried many distro centos 7 , centos 6, ubuntu, even 
vtl-server himself - same result.

any  ideas?
