Hi,

Can you try the following on your system as root user

echo t > /proc/sysrq-trigger
sleep 120

Then send us
/var/log/syslog
/var/log/kern.log (if it exists)
/var/log/messages (if it exists)

dmesg > /tmp/dmesg.out
Then send us /tmp/dmesg.out
