Diagnostic output sent to support email. 

I ran the commands, but still unable to list the device fully in the client 
side. This is the output:

I figured it wouldn't be very helpful to try the mount command and sent the 
first ste of logs after this command failed to open the drive, but then 
reconsidered, ran the mount command anyway, and re-sent the logs. Sorry for 
any confusion that might have created. This is the output of the mount
