Please try with cpu type set to host in the VM settings (
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Qemu/KVM_Virtual_Machines CPU Type)

After booting again with the new CPU type, please check if the VTL version
installed is 3.0.47. If not please upgrade

dpkg -r quadstor-vtl-ext
dpkg -i <new pkg>
reboot
