The problem I am trying to solve is the reconcile of forwarding plane after
we got the snapshot from the peer...So, yes, an equivalent of knowing when
EoR is received will allow me to find out the current snapshot...

Well, what do you need to do? Trying to push down knowledge of BGP EoRs
all the way down through zebra and to the forwarding plane is, I suspect,
probably not what you want.
