Following the announcement of Quagga version 0.99.24rc1, I performed a
git rebase on my GitHub repository

I just solved one issue regarding message type definition in ZEBRA layer
that conflict with pimd process. Both pimd and my patches used the same
'24' value. I moved mine to '25'.
In addition, I added the 2 patches proposed by Paulto solve the Opaque
LSA bugs when ospfd restart or link shutdown. I tested both patches that
remove unnecessary code and it works fine.
Concerning IS-IS, I just adjust the Metric Extension TLVs to the first
available code point according to the IANA IS-IS registry.
Finally, I updated Metric Extension TLVs code point to IANA
pre-registration for ospfd. The draft is in RFC queue editorwaiting for
the latest approval of authors. So, soon a RFC. Merging the code in
Quagga mainstream could be synchronise with the RFC publication ;-)
