I know I've argued that we should include packaging into the Quagga git
tree in the past, I'm not so sure it should be now.  I think that there are
aspects of the packaging that are common but some aspects of it might not
be as well.  Having said that, having a seperate repository that allowed me
to pull the packaging and place ontop of quagga for builds would be fine
from my perspective and then I could layer my specific code on top of that
would be fine.

available on the web and integrated into the www.nongnu.org/quagga web site
would be great imo.  Maybe have it added to the wiki?
