Hi,
As per the subject line, the "subject" or "summary" line of git commit
messages (i.e. the first line of the git commit message) should start with
"topic: ". Where topic is "bgpd", "zebra", "lib", "build", "doc", etc.
This helps make it easier to collate the summary lines for release
announcements. Having the topic already there makes it quicker to apply
stuff.
