That was what I was doing, yes.

Some systematicish process is used to queue up patches to a 'proposed' branch (e.g. the first X patches I am capable of handling, submitted since last patch that made it in the last round). This is "proposed by contributors for review".

From that set some may have discussion, need rejigging, etc. Based on that
they get sorted into 'accepted' (preliminary), 'deferred' and 'rejected'.
