And I can highly recommend the Atlassian tools (which we use at OSR).

Disclaimer: I do not have any experience with the Crucible software, but we
use the CI (Bamboo), Git (Bitbucket Server),
Bug tracking (Jira) and Wiki (Confluence)

As a side note: Something which can be mirrored to multiple location would
be nice and I would be happy to host one mirror in our location (would
probably make integration to the testing easier)
