In this case it’s patchwork which somehow read your email as a patch.
My CI system blindly just assumes
any new patchwork id created represents a patch. Not planning to fix
this at this time, as it seems to be
a rare issue and the whole Gerrit etc discussion may result in replacing
patchwork sometimes soon anyway.
But even with Gerrit (or anything similar), I wonder if we would still
accept patches by email to the list - and
in this cases would have to deal with something like patchwork.
