So, overall, between the patch of the subject and the patch Lou sent and
Andrew's comment, that means we'd prefer to /allow/ martians (as config
option), rather than block?
So, that means this patch should be updated to block conditionally based
on a config option - a la the other one (and address the other comment I
had)?
