The remaining problem seems something not going right inside the Cisco. Probably something differs on wirelevel, or the configs don't match somehow. Could you additional provide: - the cisco configuration - cisco debug log when it registers to cisco hub - packet capture (pcap) when a) cisco is registering to quagga/nhrp as hub b) cisco is registering to cisco as hub from either the hub or the client's tunnel interface. I would need to see the plain-text NHRP packets for analysis. These should help figure out what's going wrong.
