Hi I have 2 providers. Also I have 2 routers. These routers have an ibgp between eachother. If i set smaller local-preferences value for a quagga, The quagga sends much less prefix to other bgp router as following;
On the other router ( 10.29.126.29 ) Neighbor V AS MsgRcvd MsgSent TblVer InQ OutQ Up/Down State/PfxRcd 10.29.126.29 4 200 2825085 133278 51472047 0 0 1w4d 694691 172.16.128.160 4 100 2238162 6330591 51472151 0 0 2w6d 3211 If i set equal values as default these prefixes amount closes to the 10.29.126.29.( will be about 520000 ) Is this situate normal ? regards
