significant improvements to OpenJDK quality by establishing

then worked to expand that program, spearheaded the QA
community outreach effort in the OpenJDK Adoption Group, and
brought a fresh voice into this Group's conversations.
Since I am the only Member of the Quality Group, rather than
running a formal vote with myself for myself, I hereby state
that Rory has my vote.
