jtreg-dev is not the right place for this. The problem is somehow in the
way the hotspot code is configured to use jtreg.

I am not sure why I end up getting this error when it used to work earlier. I
believe am missing configuration settings to be set. Please direct me to a
solution for this problem. And it is really annoying as I can't seem to get any
further help from the way the error is thrown!!
