* Added VCS information.
* Updated URLs in Homepage, copyright, and watch file.
* Increased Standards-Version to 3.9.3.0 (no changes).
* Took over the maintenance with nohar's blessing.
* Build-depends on libmysqlclient-dev instead of libmysqlclient15-dev
to pick up the latest version (Closes: #652267).
* Ensure starting the service after ircd-ratbox or any database.
* Enable hardened build flags through dpkg-buildflags.
* Build using system libpcre instead of embedded one.
* Ensure to remove everything at purge time (Closes: #656446).
* Use CURDIR instead of calling pwd in 'debian/rules'.
* Simplified rules a bit.
* Replaced obsolete DEB_DH_INSTALLINIT_ARGS parameter.
* Reformated copyright file to final 1.0 machine-readable format.
